Dear guests, we are thrilled to welcome you and wish you a serene stay in our stunning Tyrolean mountain paradise!

To ensure you feel completely at home and enjoy a worry-free vacation, we have put together some essential information and house rules. If you have any questions or requests, we are always here for you!

General House Rules

For a harmonious coexistence.

Access to Rooms & Apartments

Our team may enter the rooms between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM for cleaning, maintenance, or necessary work. Rest assured, we will knock or inform you beforehand. In emergencies (e.g., water damage, fire, technical hazards), access may be granted without prior notice. We always respect your privacy.

Cleaning & Towel Change

  • Double Rooms: Complimentary interim cleaning and towel change for stays of 4 nights or more
  • Apartments: One complimentary towel change for stays of 7 nights or more
  • Please let us know your preferred date during breakfast or at the reception – cleaning or towel changes will not occur without a reservation.
  • Additional towel change: €10,–
  • Interim cleaning for apartments: €50,– upon request

Our aim is to manage water, energy, and cleaning products sustainably – thank you for your cooperation!

Smoking

Our rooms and apartments are strictly non-smoking areas. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area outside the front door.

Quiet Hours

We kindly ask for quiet in the house from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please refrain from loud music, conversations on the balconies, or any disruptive noises during this time.

Safety

Please close windows and doors when leaving your room. Candles, open flames, or grilling on the balcony are not permitted. Please report any lost room cards (€10,– replacement fee) or keys immediately.

Waste Separation

For the sake of the environment, we separate our waste. Please dispose of your trash in the labeled containers in front of the ski room. If not adhered to, we regretfully must charge €50,– as a cost contribution – thank you for your understanding!

To Waste Disposal

Pets

Out of consideration for our guests without pets, we do not allow pets.

Liability

We are only liable for valuables according to § 970 ff. ABGB, if they have been expressly entrusted to us. We do not accept any liability for personal belongings.

ALPSPITZ Vital Breakfast Buffet

Daily from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM in our cozy Zirbenstube, available for booking.

All pictures in our house were painted by Regina (GingerCreations) and are available for purchase.

Bread Roll Service

For apartment guests, we offer a daily bread roll service (for a fee). Please place your order by 5:30 PM at the reception.

Books & Games

In the Tiroler Stube next to the reception and in the children's playroom (basement), you will find books and board games for all ages.

Iron & Ironing Board

Available free of charge at the reception – please inquire in the morning.

Check-out

We kindly ask you to vacate your room or apartment by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Blankets & Pillows

You can request additional blankets or different pillows at the reception.

Beverages

In the Tiroler Stube, you will find a selection of chilled beverages. Please record your consumption on the beverage list and settle it the day before your departure.

Gifts & Souvenirs

In front of the reception, you will find a curated selection of gifts and souvenirs made of wood, glass, and felt.

Children's Area

Our playroom in the basement and the garden play area are open to all children. Please ensure that everything is left tidy.

Waste Separation

Please use the waste containers in front of the ski room for residual waste, plastic, paper, and glass. Thank you for your support!

Umbrellas

Available for free in the foyer as a loan.

If unstaffed, you will find our phone number for inquiries there.

Safe

  • Press the red button on the inside of the door with a pen.
  • Within 15 seconds, enter a 4-digit code and confirm with B.
  • To open, use the code + B.
  • Please leave the safe open upon departure.

Ski Room & Boot Dryer

In the basement: space for skis, strollers, hiking boots, etc. Please feel free to use our boot dryer.

Vacuum Cleaner

Available free of charge behind the lift.

A brief guide to operation is provided in the room – we are happy to assist with any questions.

Washing Machine

Available for use for a fee – please inquire at the reception.

Wellness Area

Experience showers, infrared cabin, sauna, and relaxation room are available daily from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM free of charge. Please register for the Finnish sauna at least 1 hour in advance (preferably in the morning) so we can heat it up for you. The pine infrared cabin can be started at any time. Fresh Tyrolean spring water is available at the drinking fountain.

Wi-Fi

Available free of charge. You will receive the password at the reception.

Z

Room Card

To open, hold the card for about 3 seconds under the door handle. The front door and ski room can also be opened with it after 8:00 PM. In case of loss: Replacement fee €10,–.
