Our Cancellation Policy

Sometimes things don’t go as planned – cancellations or trip interruptions can be costly. Therefore, we recommend taking out a hotel cancellation insurance policy with the European Travel Insurance to enjoy your vacation worry-free. Here, you can easily and quickly purchase the insurance online.

Your booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival. After that, 100% of the booked arrangement is due, as well as in the case of no-show. We will therefore send you the deposit request with the reservation confirmation, which is due 30 days before arrival, and kindly ask for timely transfer. Additional costs such as final cleaning, bread roll service, or local tax are to be settled on the day of departure.

Prices, changes, and errors are subject to change. The written booking confirmation is valid.
