How to Find Us
Our house is situated on a hill overlooking Biberwier, offering a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains.
When you enter Biberwier from the Fernpass road B179, turn right about 500 meters after the town sign, just before a bus stop. Drive straight for about 30 meters, then take the next left onto “Prof. Giemsa Weg” and ascend the hill until you reach the end of this road. You will find free parking right in front of the house.

Check-in
- Please let us know your expected arrival time.
- Check-in is available between 3 PM and 6 PM. If the reception is temporarily unattended, your key card will be ready for you – you can check in easily and promptly.
Late Arrival & Departure
- If you are arriving after 6 PM, please notify us in advance – you will receive a code for our key safe.
- On your departure day, we kindly ask that you vacate your room or apartment by 10 AM.
