ALPSPITZ Vital Breakfast Buffet

Served daily from 07:00 to 09:30 in our cosy Zirbenstube. Our guests are welcome to book the breakfast buffet, subject to availability and for an additional charge.

Bread roll service

We offer a daily bread roll service for apartment guests (for a fee). Please place your order at reception by 17:30.

Books & games

In the Tiroler Stube next to reception and in the children’s playroom (lower ground floor), you’ll find books and board games for all ages.

Iron & ironing board

Available free of charge at reception – please ask in the morning.

Check-out

We ask that you vacate your room or apartment by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

Blankets & Pillows

Additional blankets or other pillows are available on request at reception.

Drinks

You’ll find a selection of chilled drinks in the breakfast room and in the Tiroler Stube. Please note down your consumption on the drinks list and settle the bill the day before your departure.

Gifts & Souvenirs

In front of reception, you’ll find a carefully selected range of gifts and souvenirs made from wood, glass and felt.

Children’s Area

Our playroom on the lower ground floor and the garden play area are open to all children. Please ensure that everything is left tidy.

Waste Separation

Please use the bins in front of the ski room for general waste, plastic, paper and glass. Thank you for your cooperation!

Umbrellas

Available free of charge on loan in the entrance hall.

If unstaffed, you’ll find the current opening hours and our telephone number there for any enquiries.

Safe

To use:

• Press the red button on the inside of the door with a pen.
• Enter your 4-digit code within 15 seconds, then confirm with B.
• To open, enter the code again and press B.
• Please leave the safe door open when you check out.

Ski room & boot dryer

On the lower ground floor: space for skis, pushchairs, hiking boots, etc. Please feel free to use our boot dryer.

Vacuum cleaner

Available free of charge behind the lift.

TV

A brief user guide is provided in your room – we’re happy to help if you have any questions.

Washing machine

Available for a fee – please speak to reception.

Wellness area

Our wellness area, featuring a sensory shower, infrared cabin, sauna and relaxation room, is available to you free of charge daily from 12:00 to 20:00. Please book your session in the Finnish sauna at least 1 hour in advance (ideally in the morning) so that we can heat it up specifically for you. In the interests of sustainability, the sauna is not automatically kept running continuously. The Swiss stone pine infrared cabin can be started at any time. Fresh Tyrolean spring water is available from the drinking fountain.

Room card

To open the door, hold the card under the door handle for approximately 3 seconds. The front door and ski room can also be opened with it after 8.00 pm. If lost: replacement fee €10
