Our cancellation conditions
Sometimes things don't go as planned – a cancellation or interruption of your trip can be expensive. We therefore recommend taking out hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung so that you can enjoy your holiday without any worries. You can take out insurance quickly and easily online here. Your booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After that, 100% of the booked arrangement is due. In case of no-show, 100% of the total price is also due. We will therefore send you a request for a deposit, which is due 30 days before arrival, together with your reservation confirmation, and kindly ask you to transfer the amount due on time. Additional costs such as final cleaning, bread roll service, visitor's tax, etc. are to be paid on site on the day of departure.

Alpspitz is a partner accommodation of the new AktivPass of the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena.
The AktivPass combines numerous leisure facilities throughout the region and gives our guests access to a range of included activities and attractive options for days when the weather is not cooperating. It is conveniently linked to the guest card and can be used from the day of arrival.
What makes the AktivPass particularly special is that it is not automatically included with every accommodation in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena. It is offered by participating partner establishments. As a guest at Alpspitz, you therefore benefit from an additional service that we are delighted to offer as part of your stay.
Whether you enjoy swimming, climbing, tennis, archery or ice skating, the AktivPass gives you even more opportunities to make your holiday varied and enjoyable.
