At DAS ALPSPITZ in Biberwier, we attach great importance to offering our guests a relaxing stay - and at the same time making a positive contribution to the environment and our region. Sustainability is not a trend for us, but a matter close to our hearts, which is reflected in many aspects of our business.

Energy efficiency and renewable resources
We are investing in a greener future:  Already for 15 years we heat our building with a modern pellet heating system and focussing on energy from renewable sources. Our planned e-charging stations for e-bikes and electric cars will provide our guests with environmentally friendly mobility directly on site. Motion detectors in light switches and water-saving inserts in taps and toilets help us to conserve valuable resources.

Regional partners and sustainable furnishings
Our rooms and flats are furnished with sustainable materials that stand for comfort and durability. For renovations and conversions, we work exclusively with regional craftsmen to strengthen the local economy and ensure short transport routes.

Regionality on the breakfast table
Sustainability tastes good: our breakfast buffet mainly offers products from Tyrol. By working with regional suppliers, we support local agriculture and businesses - for the best quality and an intact environment.

Waste avoidance and recycling
Waste separation and recycling are a matter of course for us. We also rely on digital solutions to save paper: For example, we load guest cards directly onto our guests' mobile phones.

Fair working conditions for our team
Our team consists of local employees to whom we offer flexible and family-friendly working models. In this way, we create an environment that is not only sustainable, but also humane.

Together sustainably into the future
Our electricity comes from a regional supplier and we are constantly working to reduce our ecological footprint. At the same time, we want to offer our guests inspiration and opportunities to organise their holiday in a conscious and sustainable way.
