Our house is situated on a hill a little above the roofs of Biberwier and thus offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.
When you enter Biberwier from the Fernpassstraße B179, turn RIGHT approx. 500m after the town sign directly in front of a bus stop. Drive straight on for approx. 30m and then immediately turn left again up the hill into the street "Prof. Giemsa Weg" until you reach the very end of this street. There you will find our family guesthouse and you are welcome to use the free parking spaces directly in front of the house.
Check-In/Check-Out
+ Please let us know when you expect to arrive at our house.
+ Check-in is possible between 3 and 6 pm. If our reception is unmanned at the moment, we will put your key card on the desk. You can then check in immediately and without complications.
+ If you are arriving after 6 pm, please inform us in advance. You will receive a code for our key safe, as the reception is unmanned at this time.
+ On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room/apartment by 10 am.

Alpspitz is a partner accommodation of the new AktivPass of the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena.
The AktivPass combines numerous leisure facilities throughout the region and gives our guests access to a range of included activities and attractive options for days when the weather is not cooperating. It is conveniently linked to the guest card and can be used from the day of arrival.
What makes the AktivPass particularly special is that it is not automatically included with every accommodation in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena. It is offered by participating partner establishments. As a guest at Alpspitz, you therefore benefit from an additional service that we are delighted to offer as part of your stay.
