In our breakfast room we offer you daily from 07 - 09.30 a.m.

+ a large selection of different coffee creations such as Verlängerter, cappuccino...
+ our well-stocked tea bar with fruit tea, black tea, herbal tea, camomile tea, peppermint tea...
+ various types of bread and rolls, e.g. bread rolls, pretzels, brown bread, grain rolls...
+ homemade cakes baked with love or alternately croissants or a butter plait
+ a well assorted cheese assortment consisting of different hard and soft cheeses as well as cheese spread variations
+ rich sausage platters e.g. with ham, salami, hard sausage, fresh sausage, sausage spread, liver loaf, bacon...
+ freshly prepared eggs (hard/soft boiled) and egg dishes (omelette, fried egg, scrambled egg) according to your personal taste
+ different cereals for muesli fans e.g. crunchy muesli, oat flakes, wheat pops, chocolate crispies...
+ and of course flaxseed and dried fruit for creative milk and yoghurt preparations.
+ as well as our ALPSPITZ Birchermüsli, homemade with much love

Special breakfast requests
We want you to enjoy your start to the day with us to the fullest. Therefore, please let us know at least 2 days before your arrival if you have any special requests or suffer from intolerances or allergies. This will allow us to prepare and tailor your breakfast to your needs.
 

In addition, a regional baker delivers fresh baked goods daily on request for our flat guests (for a fee). Please let us know your bread roll wishes upon arrival.
