The skiing area on the Marienberg is perfect for families and can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes. There you will find 5 lifts, the "Biberland" children's area and various places to stop for refreshments. Of course, there is also a ski, cross-country ski and fun sports equipment rental service on site. Highlights include the fun sports track and night tobogganing - current dates can be found in the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena events calendar. For tourers there are ample opportunities to explore the mountain world, and there is also a regular "tour evening" at the Sunnalm on the Marienberg (for dates, see the events calendar). To get to know the other six (!) ski areas in our region, you can use the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena round trip bus - free of charge for you with your guest card.
There are also plenty of leisure activities off the slopes! Cross-country skiers get their money's worth with our well-developed 131 km network of trails. Surrounded by the snow-covered mountains, skating or classic cross-country skiing in the "Moos" is a real winter dream! For snowshoe hikers, it's gentle movements through the Tyrolean winter landscape.
When tobogganing or piste bully driving, young and old experience fast-paced adventures on the snow slope. Ice skating and curling also promise lots of fun in the cold season. Winter holidaymakers who prefer a more leisurely pace can enjoy a horse-drawn sleigh ride through the villages of the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena.
Winter is also attractive for pedestrians, as numerous hiking trails are also cleared in winter. A weekly fakel hike and a llama hike (free of charge for our guests with the guest card) take place in Biberwier - a romantic winter experience with a special atmosphere!
